About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building exceptional talent pipelines for our diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll play a key part in standing up new clients, deeply mapping talent ecosystems, and providing strategic insights that help our clients make the best hiring decisions.
This position combines the rigor of research, the creativity of market mapping, and the operational expertise of driving seamless sourcing processes. You’ll collaborate closely with client leads, recruiters, and our AI-powered systems to deliver high-quality candidate slates efficiently and thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Requisition Setup
- Stand up new sourcing requisitions on Sutro, ensuring all client-specific details, priorities, and role nuances are accurately captured and documented.
- Partner with client leads to deeply understand each hiring need, defining ideal candidate profiles and key success criteria.
Talent Ecosystem Mapping
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and map out talent ecosystems relevant to each client’s industry and strategic priorities.
- Build market intelligence reports highlighting key companies, talent clusters, and emerging trends that can inform sourcing strategy.
- Develop competitive intelligence to understand where top talent is coming from and where they are likely to be found.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Proactively source passive and active talent through a mix of tools and creative outreach strategies.
- Build, maintain, and curate strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Engage candidates in a thoughtful, personalized way to create strong interest and alignment with client opportunities.
Process Documentation & Data Integrity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity, status, and feedback within Sutro and other internal tracking tools.
- Continuously update ecosystem maps and sourcing frameworks to reflect market shifts and new learnings.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth transitions from sourcing to candidate evaluation and client presentation.
