Job Description: Automation & Workflow Engineer
About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Automation & Workflow Engineer to help accelerate the evolution of our AI Engine and streamline mission-critical business processes. This role is pivotal in shaping how our AI learns, adapts, and delivers value across reporting, research, sales, client onboarding, and operational workflows.
As an Automation & Workflow Engineer, you’ll partner closely with leadership, product, and AI teams to design, build, and refine automations that improve output quality, reduce manual work, and create scalable processes. You’ll translate complex, often ambiguous, operational needs into robust, reusable workflows—enabling our AI to become more proactive, adaptive, and intelligent over time.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Enhanced Reporting & Insights
- Automate weekly and monthly executive presentations, ensuring consistent formatting, data integrity, and visual clarity.
- Build QA checks for client and operational data (e.g., Sutro sync validations), enabling the AI Engine to detect anomalies and suggest root causes automatically.
- Develop modular reporting templates and snippet libraries to accelerate document generation and reduce cycle times.
Research & Knowledge Curation
- Automate the conversion of decks and documents into templated formats, teaching the AI standard design patterns and storytelling structures.
Sales & Client Operations Automation
- Develop workflows to create outbound sales decks and pitch materials, capturing and codifying best practices in narrative sequencing and slide design.
- Map and automate lead-to-SFDC data flows, ensuring seamless tracking and data fidelity from initial contact to CRM handoff.
- Build intake automations for new client requisitions (e.g., Sutro), providing structured data inputs for downstream AI-driven sourcing and matching.
Client Onboarding & Sourcing Support
- Automate candidate sourcing tasks, integrating real-world inputs to improve AI job–candidate matching logic.
- Develop tracking systems for onboarding changes, helping the AI Engine learn different tier-based flows and adapt prompts accordingly.
